The deal, in plain terms

Referrals
Get paid for loads you don't even haul.
Signed drivers get a personal referral code. When a driver you referred signs up and runs loads, you earn on every load he books — paid out of our fee, never added to his price. He pays the same 5% as everybody else.
Example math: one referred driver grossing $6,000 a week puts $30 a week in your pocket at 0.5%. Ten active referrals at 1% puts $600 a week.
How it pays
- 0.5% of every load your referred drivers book
- 10 or more active referred drivers: your cut goes to 1%
- Pays on loads that are paid — nothing on cancelled loads

Our rules
How we operate — in writing.
- Agent, not broker. Every driver signs a simple agreement naming us their dispatch agent. We work for you, under your authority.
- You approve every load. Nothing books without your BOOK.
- One load, one driver. A load we find for you is offered to you — never shopped across a list of drivers.
- We never touch your load money. Brokers pay you (or your factoring company) direct. Our 5% is invoiced separately, weekly.
- Only you pay us. Never a broker, never a shipper, never a factoring company.
- Brokers only. We find loads through licensed brokers. We don't solicit shippers.
- Fair on both sides. If an invoice goes unpaid, we pause new searches until it's settled. Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice.
